Hi Artisan Members,
The vote is in and 100% of the members voting agreed to change the Artisan Company Agreement (Bylaws).
First let me thank our member partner Architectural Surfaces for their support in advancing the best interest of our members with significant changes that impacted them. Architectural Surfaces remains committed to working with all our members to bring the highest quality products at the best value possible. Their new quartz palate and continued dedication to natural stone are indicative of the investment they have made in the business.
With the changes to the agreement, the Artisan Board has opened the door to leverage the groups buying power with other material suppliers and increase sponsorship revenue. Additionally, the board has increased the ability to attract new members and improve participation of existing members.
The Artisan Group held its Operations Manager Meeting at Eastern Surfaces in Allentown PA this week. Thanks to Brian Rocca and his team for hosting us for and allowing us to tour their top tier fabrication facility and business. Eastern Surfaces is a market leader in a very competitive area of the country and has to do a lot of things right to maintain their market share.
Contributing to the meeting were presentations by Granquartz, BB Industries, BACA, SIG, Superior Stone, Fill A Chip, Synchronous Solutions, and the NSI.
One of the big benefits of members attending this meeting is the network they have created to share and support each other. This is very rewarding to see.
New Program Added:
